Sunday 24th March 2013- What a fantastic way to raise vital funds for The Hospice of St Francis by taking part in a fun, breathtaking, adrenaline-pumping activity: abseiling 100ft! Dixon's Retail, Hemel Hempstead We’d love you to challenge yourself to go over the top for us in 2013!

Never abseiled before? No problem! You don’t need any experience at all and you’ll be in safe hands as full training is provided beforehand! In fact, you don’t even need to be particularly fit. All you need is to be over 10 years old – and a little bit daring! Raising the sponsorship is the easy bit: it’s the abseiling down the building that’s the real challenge! Just find 10 people to sponsor you £10 each and you’ll have reached the £100 minimum sponsorship level before you know it. If you’re under 18, you’ll only need to raise £50. Registration costs just £25 for adults and £20 for under 18’s, which covers our administration costs.
